A few FAQs!

How do I know if I won an item?

At the conclusion of the event on Sunday April 23rd, at 8pm, you will receive a text if you won any items.

How do I pay?

***All payments must be received by 10pm on Sunday, April 23rd. ***

These payments are completed through the self-check-out process. There is a PAY button on the top of the website page. Also, please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate the fees to St. Mike's.

All bids are firm contracts.

***All transactions are considered final, with item winner responsible for payment.
Winners MUST complete their payments by 10pm, Sunday, April 23rd.***

How do I pick-up items that I won?

All tangible auction items: pick-up days at the St. Michael's Elementary School Campus:

Thursday, April 27th, 9 am-12 pm
Friday, April 28th, 9 am-12 pm

Some items are certificates that can be emailed to the winner with detailed info/contact info about the item.

Item certificates will be mailed to winners by April 30th.

Each item box states if it needs to be picked up or if a certificate will be emailed.

Friend of St. Michael the Archangel School Award Recipient
Mr. Harry Reese

The administration, faculty, staff, students and families of St. Michael the Archangel School wish to recognize Mr. Reese as our 2023 "Friend of St. Michael the Archangel School". Mr. Reese has been a hands-on, dedicated advocate for Catholic education in the Diocese of Allentown for over 50 years! Among his roles in teaching & administration, Mr. Reese was the first lay principal of St. Michael the Archangel School, from 1984-1988. Upon his retirement over 30 years later, Mr. Reese served on the Board at St. Michael's, and eventually found himself back in the Principal's chair as our interim principal for this school year.

We are proud to announce the Harry Reese Principal's Award to carry on Mr. Reese's legacy at St. Mike's. This award will go to the student that emulates the characteristics of a St. Mike's Knight: Kindness, Nobility, Integrity, Grace, Honesty, Truth, and Sincerity. The award will be given annually at the end of the school year, to one student entering 1st through 8th grades, and include a $500 scholarship towards their tuition.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Mr. Reese! May you be blessed for the difference you have made throughout the years in the lives of children, teachers, families and the Diocese of Allentown. We will always remember you as a St. Mike's Knight, a true friend of St. Michael the Archangel School!
